Baked Beans
     A BBQ favorite!  Beans baked for hours with onions and bacon with spices, brown sugar and mustard.

 

Pineapple Casserole
     Sweet pineapple chunks baked with cheddar cheese and a crunchy, buttery topping.

 

Black Eyed Peas
     Fresh or  dried, cooked southern style with ham and bacon.

 

Broccoli Casserole
     Broccoli flowerets baked in a cheddar cheese mushroom sauce.

 

Broccoli Rice Casserole
     Fresh broccoli flowerets baked with white rice and onions, in a mushroom sauce sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

 

Green Beans
     Choose either southern style with ham, or green beans with garlic and roasted red peppers.

 

Green Bean Casserole
     Old, but still everybody’s favorite!  Green beans in a mushroom sauce topped with cheese and fried onions.

 

New Potatoes
     We prepare these two ways:  “Skin on” new potatoes steamed in a butter sauce with fresh chives.  New Potatoes baked with seasonings in olive oil and butter until browned.

 

Mashed Potatoes
     These are prepared  either the classic way with cream and butter, or with garlic, cream cheese and milk, sprinkled with chopped green onion and paprika.

 

Sweet Potato Casserole
     This dish is my mothers specialty!  Sweet potatoes mashed, sweetened with brown sugar,  and baked with pineapple or raisins, a touch of orange and covered with marshmallows, or a crunchy brown sugar topping.

 

Steamed Broccoli
     Fresh broccoli flowerets, steamed,  with a choice of Hollandaise Sauce or Cheese sauce.

 

Peas and Mushrooms
     Green spring peas cooked in a butter sauce with fresh mushrooms.

 

Lima Beans
     Or as we call them “ Butter Beans”, cooked southern style with ham.

 

Herbed Rice
     Steamed white rice cooked with fresh herbs.  A great choice with any entrée item with gravy or sauce.

 

Parsley Egg Noodles
     Cooked egg noodles tossed with butter and fresh chopped parsley.  Works great with any item with gravy.

 

Deviled Eggs
     We can do either the classic way with chopped pickles and mayonnaise or  with Ranch dressing and mustard.

 

Harvard Beets
     Another old favorite.  Sliced beets with sugar, butter and cider vinegar.

 

Brussels Sprouts with Sour Cream
     Steamed Brussels sprouts, served  in a sauce with sauté  onion, mustard, brown sugar, and sour cream.

 

Creole Green Beans
     Crisp cooked green beans with bacon, onions, and green pepper in  a spicy sauce with mustard and chopped tomatoes.

 

Potatoes Au Gratin
     The ultimate potato casserole.  Sliced potatoes baked with three cheeses and cream, covered with bread crumbs.

 

Scalloped Potatoes
     The classic French potato dish.  Made with thinly sliced Russet potatoes in Béchamel Sauce with just a touch of fresh grated nutmeg.

 

Rice Pilaf
   Long grain rice cooked in chicken stock, with onion, bay leaf, and a touch of garlic.

 

Potato Casserole
    One of our family’s favorites!  Cubed potatoes with sour cream, onions, and cheese.  Wonderful.

 

Grilled Vegetable Medley
    Assorted fresh vegetables, marinated and grilled.
